Before you pay, you know exactly what you’re getting. Every design can be previewed in full (with a watermark) before purchase, and you only pay for the specific design you have already seen.
Once a design has been successfully downloaded, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where a mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
EU/EEA customers: by purchasing and downloading, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU once the download begins.
Something went wrong? If your download fails, the file is defective, or the delivered design differs from your preview, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@bigdaycard.com and we will make it right — with a replacement or a full refund. After 24 hours, all files are permanently deleted under our privacy policy and we can no longer retrieve your design.
This policy operates alongside our Terms of Service.
